At the General Surgery Clinic of Rize State Hospital, we provide services with a team of 4 specialist physicians. Our hospital offers procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy, surgical treatment of gallbladder diseases, surgical repair of abdominal wall defects like inguinal and umbilical hernias, surgical treatment of thyroid diseases, treatment of anal region disorders, management of breast diseases, and treatment of skin and subcutaneous lesions requiring surgery.
Op. Dr. CAN ARICAN*: Graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Medicine in 2014 and completed his specialization in General Surgery at İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital between 2016 and 2021. He has been serving at our hospital since November 2021
Op. Dr. OĞUZHAN USTAOĞLU*: Graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and completed his specialization in General Surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2001 and 2005. He has been serving at our hospital since 2008.
Op. Dr. EMRE MEVLÜT ONAT*: Graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2017 and completed his specialization in General Surgery at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and Ankara Bilkent City Hospital between 2019 and 2024. He will start serving at our hospital in August 2024.
Op. Dr. HAKAN KARADAĞ*: Graduated from Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 1994 and completed his specialization in General Surgery at Sivas Cumhuriyet University Hospital between 2002 and 2007. He worked at Rize Old State Hospital from 2007 to 2008 and at Rize Training and Research Hospital as a General Surgery Specialist from 2008 to 2013. Since 2013, he has been serving at our hospital.
